We want to get your pup's favorite treats to them as fast as possible! Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping at Dawgtato Brands.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dawgtato Brands is not responsible for carrier delays.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. Current free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us through our website within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Dawgtato Brands is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

RETURNS DUE TO NON-DELIVERY

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
